Any person who willfully violates this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to punishment as set forth in Chapter 1.25 CMC. The City’s right to prosecute under this section shall not affect its right to pursue civil or injunctive relief under Federal or State laws. (Ord. 08-14 § 1; Ord. 40-97 § 5)
