10.10.040 Violation – Penalty.

Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be a civil infraction punishable as follows:
(1) Every person who is convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not less than $50.00 nor more than $1,000;
(2) On a second conviction for a violation of this chapter within a five-year period, a person shall be punished by a fine not less than $100.00 nor more than $1,000; and
(3) On a third conviction for a violation of this chapter within a five-year period, a person shall be punished by a fine of not less than $300.00 nor more than $1,000. (Ord. 56-97 § 1)
