No person shall park directly adjacent to a clearly visible residential mailbox in a manner which would restrict vehicular access to the mailbox, between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on any day of scheduled mail delivery by the United States Postal Service. A violation of this section shall be a Class 4 civil infraction and shall be punishable by a fine of $25.00, not including statutory assessments. (Ord. 3-00 § 1)
