13.10.070 Connection to public water and sewer – Right-of-way permit required.

(1) It is unlawful for any person to make any opening for the installation of public water or sewer within a public right-of-way or other public place without complying with the provisions of this chapter.
(2) Right-of-Way Use Permit Requirement. A right-of-way use permit is required for any use of the City rights-of-way in accordance with Chapter 12.35 CMC.
(3) Financial Guarantee Required. The City may request a financial guarantee for any work within the City rights-of-way in accordance with Chapter 14.105 CMC.
(4) Restoration. Excavating for the purpose of connecting to public water or sewer within any public right-of-way or other public place shall be restored pursuant to Chapter 12.115 CMC. (Ord. 12-17 § 3)
