The Building Official, as defined in Section 104 of the International Building Code, Section R104 of the International Residential Code, and Section 104 of the International Mechanical Code and the codes adopted by the Washington State Building Code Council pursuant to Chapters 19.27 and 70.92 RCW and WAC Title 51 shall be appointed by the Community Development Director.
