The provisions of this chapter shall constitute a regulation within the meaning of CMC 1.30.020(9), a violation per CMC 1.30.020(10) which is subject to the code enforcement provision and penalties set forth at Chapter 1.30 CMC. (Ord. 19-20 § 2 (Exh. 1); Ord. 11-16 § 1 (Exh. 1))
