This chapter, in combination with Element 9 of the City of Covington comprehensive plan, shall be known and may be cited as the City of Covington Shoreline Master Program. Code provisions within this chapter may refer to it as “this SMP” or “this master program.” (Ord. 09-19 § 6 (Exh. C))
