(1) Stormwater management shall be provided for projects located within lands to which this chapter applies. Stormwater management facilities shall not be located within floodways or the CMZ. Stormwater management facilities may be located within special flood hazard areas or the RBZ, subject to approval by the City Engineer; provided, that the increase in the water surface elevation of the base flood does not exceed the limits of CMC 16.15.285.
