(1) All new and replacement water supply systems shall be designed to minimize or eliminate infiltration of floodwater into the system;

(2) All new and replacement sanitary sewage systems shall be designed to minimize or eliminate infiltration of floodwater into the systems and, in addition, discharge from the systems into floodwater;

(3) All on-site waste disposal systems shall be located so as to avoid impairment to them or contamination from them during flooding; and

(4) Water wells for potable water shall not be located in the floodway or channel migration zone. (Ord. 12-20 § 2 (Exh. A); Ord. 06-17 § 3 (Exh. A); Ord. 100-98 § 1)
