“Nonbuilding lot” means a lot created and defined as a nonbuilding lot on the face of the plat or short plat for which improvements for the purpose of human habitation or occupancy are prohibited. (Ord. 13-19 § 4; Ord. 53-02 § 2 (19A.04.220))
