“Final plat” means the final drawing of the subdivision and dedication prepared for filing with the County Office of Records and Elections and containing all elements and requirements set forth in this title and in Chapter 58.17 RCW. (Ord. 13-19 § 4; Ord. 53-02 § 2 (19A.04.250))
