“Revisions” means a change prior to recording of a previously approved preliminary subdivision, preliminary short subdivision or binding site plan that includes, but is not limited to, the addition of new lots, tracts or parcels. (Ord. 13-19 § 4; Ord. 53-02 § 2 (19A.04.270))
