Limitations placed on a nonbuilding lot may be removed and the lot recognized by the City as a building lot by approval of a subdivision, short subdivision, binding site plan or alteration of a plat, short plat or binding site plan. (Ord. 13-19 § 5; Ord. 53-02 § 2 (19A.08.080))
