The Council shall hold regular meetings on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. The Council will not hold meetings on any other day of the month unless otherwise noticed. All meetings will begin at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise noticed. If an executive session is scheduled, it will be held at the end of the agenda distributed unless otherwise noticed. Should any meeting occur on a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held at the same hour and place on the following business day. Should any meeting occur on a general or primary election day, or special election called within the City of Covington, the meeting shall be held at the same hour and place on the following business day.
