It is unlawful for any person to fail or refuse to pay the leasehold excise tax imposed under this chapter. Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished according to State law and/or City ordinance. (Ord. 10-21 § 2)
