RCW Title 66, Alcoholic Beverage Control, and the rules of the Washington State Liquor Control Board govern to the extent they conflict with this chapter. The provisions of this chapter that refer to the minimum age of 18, including but not limited to the provisions relating to the required signs, require a minimum age of 21 as applied to an adult entertainment business that is licensed by the Washington State Liquor Control State Board.
