(1) The City Manager or designee and the regional animal services section of King County are authorized to enforce this chapter and the laws of the State of Washington that pertain to animal cruelty, shelter, welfare, and enforcement of control, consistent with the enforcement provisions set forth in Title 11 of the King County Code and Chapter 1.30 CMC.

(2) Notwithstanding the existence or use of any other remedy, the City Manager or designee may seek legal or equitable relief to enjoin acts or practices and abate any conditions that constitute a violation of this chapter or other regulations adopted under this chapter. (Ord. 05-15 § 1 (Exh. A))
