Chapter 28.92 of the King County Code, as now enacted or as hereinafter amended, is hereby adopted by reference. A true and correct copy of that chapter as adopted is attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter as an exhibit and designated as Exhibit A*. (Ord. 15-99 § 2)
