The Directors of the Department of Community Development and Department of Public Works are authorized to enforce the provision of this chapter, the ordinances and resolutions codified in it, and any rules and regulations promulgated thereunder pursuant to the enforcement and penalty provisions of Chapter 1.30 CMC.
