Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, Chapter 70.77 RCW as now stated or hereafter amended is adopted by reference, except as amended in this chapter, and a copy of the same shall be kept in the office of the City Clerk for public use and inspection. (Ord. 21-19 § 2 (Exh. A))
