(1) Purpose. The shoreline residential environment designation is designed to provide for residential needs where the necessary facilities for development can be provided. An additional purpose is to provide appropriate public access and recreational uses.

(2) Designation Criteria. A shoreline residential environment designation shall be assigned to shoreline areas if they are predominantly single-family or multifamily residential development or are planned and platted for residential development. (Ord. 09-19 § 6 (Exh. C))
