“Engineered preliminary drainage plan” means a preliminary plan, consistent with the stormwater manuals adopted pursuant to Chapter 13.25 CMC, that shows the locations, types and approximate sizes of the proposed drainage and conveyance facilities, including any required bioswales, wetponds or other water quality facilities.
