The purpose of this chapter is to specify provisions that must be satisfied prior to the final approval and recording of final plat and final short plat maps for preliminarily approved subdivisions and short subdivisions. (Ord. 13-19 § 7; Ord. 53-02 § 2 (19A.16.010))
