There is created a fund to be known as the “Real Estate Excise Tax First Quarter of One Percent Fund” into which shall be deposited all proceeds of the one quarter of one percent excise tax on real estate sales imposed pursuant to RCW 82.46.010. (Ord. 21-10 § 3)
