Except as provided in CMC 3.50.040, there is hereby levied and imposed a tax upon every admission charge in any place within the City. The amount of said tax shall be $0.01 on $0.20 or fraction thereof paid for the admission charge. (Ord. 05-22 § 2; Ord. 5-99 § 1; Ord. 80-98 § 1)
