(1) All engineering plans shall be submitted to the Department of Community Development for review in accordance with the stormwater manuals.

(2) All drainage plans shall be submitted to the Department of Community Development for review in accordance with the stormwater manuals and in accordance with the underlying permit application requirements. A drainage plan shall be submitted with any land use proposal that meets the thresholds in CMC 13.25.040.

(3) The expiration time frames are as specified by the City for the permit application for which the plans were prepared.

(4) All plans shall be processed in accordance with the review procedures specified by the City for the permit application for which the plans were prepared. (Ord. 26-16 § 9; Ord. 13-09 § 10 (Exh. 2); Amended at request of department 2/08; Ord. 14-05 § 1; Ord. 37-02 § 2 (9.04.070))
