5.30.010 Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to:
(1) Provide an opportunity for mobile food units to conduct business within the City.
(2) Promote entrepreneurship and small business development.
(3) Provide regulations that protect the public health, safety, and welfare for operations associated with mobile food units. (Ord. 05-19 § 1 (Exh. A))
